Progressive Muscle Relaxation

This is a procedure that I teach to clients as part of some treatments where relevant to the client and the treatment. It can however also be taught as a stand alone  practice to aid general well being. It takes a period of five to six weeks to learn the whole practice in order to be able to do what is known as a 'cue' controlled relaxation which means that a person is able to achieve a relaxed state by the use of one cue word.
